As part of the registration process on the Website/App, Granja may collect the following personally identifiable information about you: Name including first and last name, alternate email address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, Demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.) and information about the pages on the site or App you visit/access.
Account & Registration Obligations
All shoppers have to register and login for placing orders on the Website/App. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the Website/App. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt out either by unsubscribing in "My Account" or by contacting the customer service.
DATA SECURITY PRECAUTIONS
We have in place reasonable technical and security measures to secure the information collected by us.
We use vault and tokenization services from third party service providers to protect the sensitive personal information provided by you. The third-party payment gateway service providers are compliant with the payment card industry standard (generally referred to as PCI compliant service providers). Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through the Platform. Once we have received your information, we will use strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to try to prevent unauthorised access.
All the products listed on the Website/App will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery not additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.
After making an online payment for a particular Order/ product / subscription, You as a customer can cancel your delivery for a particular day/Order anytime up to the cut-off time (i.e. 6.00 PM of the day preceding to the date of actual delivery of product). You may also create and cancel the Vacation before the cut off time when you want to recommence the delivery by contacting the customer service.
In the event of an item on your Order being unavailable, we will inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
We reserve the sole right to cancel your Order in the following circumstances:
A. In the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us.
B. Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the Order booking.
C. Failure to deliver your Order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery.
D. Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the Order.
E. In case the delivery person is not allowed inside your compound, community or societ or any other reason beyond control causing movement of the delivery person including but not limited to law and order situation.
Return and Refunds
You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your Order at the time of placing your Order on the Platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
1. Your Order packaging has been tampered or damaged or spilled at the time of delivery and you have not accepted the delivery.
2. Us cancelling your Order due to (A) your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones; (B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the Order booking; or (C) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the Order booking.
3. you cancelling the Order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking.
